Asian Expedition Deposit

Donations / payments are NOT refundable, unless an EHA expedition or adventure is cancelled for safety concerns by epicHEART.  Safety issues include political unrest or health crises such as COVID 19.

If, as a participant you need to cancel / postpone, you may 1) designate your payment as a donation, or 2) transfer your payment(s) to a future expedition or adventure, so long as epicHEART has not incurred non-refundable expenses associated with your planned participation.  Generally, within 90 days prior to the expedition or adventure, no credit is available for participant cancellation.

All expedition members are responsible for their own round-trip travel to the rendezvous point as listed in your expedition detail.

The humanitarian expedition budget includes in country travel, accommodations insurance, project materials, food & water at the project site.

The adventure budget is separate, based on customized participant plans.
