HEART Expeditions are normally 3 days plus travel time, which can add 2 more days. Often linked or planned with an epic adventure lasting an additional 3 days. So an expedition and epic adventure would be 6 days in total plus 2 travel days. AISA and AFRICA would be up to 9 days of expedition and adventure with 3 travel days [1.5 to get there/get home].
